Shipping

DannerC ships from the Portland area. Continental U.S. ground is free on every order. Hawaii and Alaska ship at a flat $15. We do not currently offer P.O. box delivery for footwear.

Timing

In-stock pairs usually leave the warehouse in one to two business days. Carriers then run three to seven days depending on the zone. Tracking is emailed from [email protected] when the label prints.

Duties

U.S. orders have no import duty. If we later open an international lane, duties are the customer’s responsibility at the border.

Damage in transit

Photograph the carton and the boots before you wear them and write [email protected] within five days. We will reship or refund after the carrier claim is opened.
